Our policy

Veraco Water provides its services — water testing, consultations, quotes, installation, and support — to all customers on equal terms. We do not discriminate, refuse service, vary pricing, or provide a different quality of service on the basis of:

The laws behind this policy

This policy reflects our obligations and our values under, among others, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (which prohibits discrimination in public accommodations), Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and federal civil rights law. Where local ordinances in the towns we serve provide broader protections, we follow those too.
